PAVER PRO, a leading Bay Area Hardscape/Landscape/Outdoor Living Design/Build firm is expanding to offer exciting opportunities for experienced commission based Independent Contractors. Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and a positive winning attitude. Requires experience designing, estimating and selling Hardscape/Landscape/Outdoor Living Design/Build projects in the residential in-home sales arena.
In addition to industry specific knowledge the successful candidate will have superior business acumen to manage company provided leads and have the DRIVE and PASSION to do what it takes to aggressively generate new business. LANDSCAPE AND HARDSCAPE SUPERVISOR POSITION
Paver Pro, a company specializing in Interlocking Concrete Pavers and Landscaping, is currently looking for an experienced Bi-lingual (Spanish) Landscape and Hardscape Supervisor. Duties to include but not limited to: overseeing the daily activities at work sites, scheduling of workers, ordering and arranging delivery of equipment and materials, arranges any necessary change orders and progress of the project. Must have knowledge of full landscaping, horticulture, plants, irrigation, pavers, segmental retaining walls, natural stone, woodwork, water features, drainage. Must be able to manage multiple jobs at one time and supervise crews meeting company guidelines. Will help in cost estimation of project, and works with other field supervisors and/or sales consultants as needed. Must have own vehicle, clean driving record.
